Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Production Manager to lead our Powder Coating department. The
Production Manager will play a crucial role in executing the production plan and meeting production targets in a cost-
effective and efficient manner. They will be responsible for overseeing production control, ensuring pre-production
readiness, achieving production targets, and maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will be committed to
ensuring complete customer satisfaction by delivering superior powder coating services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Production Planning and Execution: Develop and implement production plans to meet production targets efficiently.
2. Production Control: Oversee all production processes, ensuring that they are carried out smoothly and according to establish quality and safety standards.
3. Pre-Production Readiness: Ensure all necessary resources, equipment, and materials are in place and operational before production begins.
4. Quality Assurance: Maintain strict quality control measures to achieve consistently high-quality powder-coated Products.
5. Cost Management: Optimize production processes to minimize production costs without compromising quality.
6. Team Leadership: Lead, train, and motivate production staff to perform at their best and ensure a harmonious and Productive work environment.
7. Schedule Adherence: Ensure production schedules are met, and proactively address any delays or issues that may arise.
8. Equipment Maintenance: Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all equipment and machinery are properly maintained and in good working condition.
9. Health and Safety: Uphold and promote a safe work environment by implementing and monitoring safety protocols and practices.
10. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance production efficiency.

• Proven experience in powder coating Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of powder coating processes, equipment, and materials.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
• Preference: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering,

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
