Position: Showroom Sales Executive

Education: HSC / Any Graduate

Experience: 1.0 yr To 4.0 yrs

CTC: 2.0 LPA to 3.0 LPA

Joining: Immediate / 15 days

Job Location: Viman Nagar(Pune)

Job Descriptions:

Meeting Individual Target:

a) Direct Billing through retail walkin customer as given.
b) Project billing  based on the lead generated.
c) Product wise Target as given.
d) Do cross-selling & Up-selling.

Lead Generation, Prospect Base, Billing:

a) Achieving booking target as given. 
b) Introducting the customer to different option and product category in the store. 
c) Ensure frequent follow up with customers in the data base and ensure walkins. 
d) Conversion per day as per the target.

Sales Report:

a) Daily, weekly, monthly and product wise, customer walk in/conversion, feedback and complaint to be submitted as per the time line.

Knowledge -Product, Market, Competition & Planning:

a) Adequate Knowledge on Product  Market & Competition, Selling Techniques 
b) Prepare  Plan for the Day and for the Week 

Customer Service:

a) Have a stipulated number of customer every month. 
b) Ensure repeat and loyal customer. 
c) Render superlative customer service resulting in highest customer satisfaction score. 

Communication Skill:

a) Knows to communicate the product, features benefit and advantages to the customers. 
b) Expresses the thoughts is words appropriately.
c) Uses polite, non-offensive language to customers, staff and management. 
d) Uses respectful body language while interacting with customer and staff.
e) Maintains eye contact, calm & composed facial expressions. 

Inter personal Skill:

a) Develops long term relationship with customers to create loyal customer.
b) Maintains cordial relation relation with team members.
c) Creates positive working environment by exuberating prositive energy. 

Grooming:

a) Wear Clean and ironed uniform.
b) Men- Neat and short haircut, Trim/No Beard /Usage of Deo/Perfume
c) Women:- Hair neatly tied in a Bun or Pony Tail.
d) Shampooed Hair with no oil dripping.
e) Avoid heavy or visible jewellary or bindis
f) Wear sober make-up to meet the brand standard.
g) Incase of  wearing hijab, its colour should be matching with that of uniform. 

Punctuality:

a) Report to work on time.
b) Submit the needed assignment on time. 
c) Fulfills commitment made to management and customer in the designated time line. 

Quantiative Ability:

a) Ability to represent data in an effective manner.
b) Know the individual and store target at finger tip. 
c) Calculate prices and discounts for customer when required.
