Job Descriptions:
People Management:
a) Motivational activity, Thoughts during morning meetings.
b) Proper staff scheduling to ensure maximum coverage during peek hours. Effective zoning of the staff to ensure optimum utilization of human resources and customer reach.
c) Maintain low levels of employee absenses through proper counselling and employee motivation.
d) Ensure grooming standards (Asper policy of the company), Initiate disciplinary proceedings against defiant staff.
e) Identify potential team member and highlight it to the management for their future growth.
f) Regular feedback to the team member about their performance and areas for improvement.
Lead Generation, Prospect Base, Billing:
a) Achieving booking target as given.
b) Introducing the customer to different options and product category in the store.
c) Ensure frequent follow up with customers in the data base and ensure walkins.
d) Conversion per day as per the target.
Target:
a) Project billing based on the lead generated.
BLT Activities:
a) Propose ATL and BTL Activies for the store. Coordinate and support the marketing team in smooth execution of the process. Take maximum leverage of the marketing activities to meet the store target.
Inventory Control Management:
a) Ensure optimum maintainence of inventory inrelation to the store.
b) Liquidation of aging the stock as per the company standards.
c) Ensure minimum sales returns due to factors that are controllable by the sales team.
MIS Report:
a) Timely submission of all the required reports.
b) Ensure maximum accuracy of the report submitted.
House Keeping & Store Management:
a) Cleanliness of the Show Room to be Maintained at all times
b) Cost optimizaition through proper utilization of resuorces given-such as Electricity, Parking, Water etc.
c) Waste Management to be regularly monitored.
Knowledge Management:
a) Ensure knowledge on market and competition. ( Their activites, promotions, marketing stratigies, etc.) And updation to the management.
b) Ensure proper product knowledge of self and associates by timely instore training activity.
Customer Service:
a) Ensure influx of customers through reference, leads, calls etc.
b) Ensure repeat customer through loyality programs etc.
Communication Skill:
| a) Clear and transparent communication with customer,team and management. |
| a) Establish a strong channel of communication between staff and the head office. |
| b) Proper desimination of information such as policies, processes, new joinee etc from the HO to the staff members. |
| c) Constant communication with different stake holder in the head office to ensure their support in all store activites. |
| d) Abilitiy to speak confidently in managers meetings and morning meetings with staff. |
| e) Proper linguistic skill. Ensure high quality of written communication to the staff and management. |
| f) Ensure pleasant , assertive and appropriate body language during communication. |
Inter personal Skill:

Quantiative Ability:
| a) Ability to represent data in an effective manner. |
