Job Description:
- Knowledge and experience required::
- A Management degree and familiarity with slicing and dicing data.
- Understanding of polymers, speciality chemicals is essential.
- Be able to drive the company’s growth in the flame retardant market.
- Effective computer skills, including proficient use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
- Should have good communication and negotiating skills
- Relationship Management ::
- Identify new leads through research and develop existing and new clients.
- Work closely with the clients for their requirements.
- Forecast the client requirements.
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products
- Commercials::
- Have a good understanding of pricing and margins.
- Developing quotes and proposals
- Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person
- Presentation ::
- Be adept at internal and client presentations- preparing as well as presenting.
- Other desirables
- Be able to follow aggressive targets.
- Have a dynamic approach,
- Be able to travel extensively.
Science Graduate/ Engg Graduate,with experience in hardcore sales of Polymers.
Experience of flame retardants is an advantage.
