Key Accountabilities:

• Installation and Commissioning of New Machines supplied  to the customer  at their site.
• Survey of location  and suggesting the most suitable place  for Installation of the  new  machine.
• Advising the client on the pre-installation requirement. i.e.  Ideal location taking into consideration of load bearing capability, electrical connections with proper earthing, Water supply and drainage connection, Ease of operation and ease of accesses.
• Carry out maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of mechanical, electrical, automation, and instrumentation of equipment applied by industrial motor controls, feed systems, pump drives.
• Perform maintenance, repair, and upgrade of the Installed Mechanical/electrical Machinery installed at  various clients all over India.
• Troubleshoot problems in Machine by gathering, analysing  and trouble shooting  the functioning of the machine.
• Ensure longer life of obsolete equipment and save funds by carrying out detailed troubleshooting down to component levels
• Perform maintenance, installation, repair, and troubleshooting of control centres.
• Repair and maintain machinery Installed  at various  clients all over India.
• Carry out maintenance, repair, and installation of equipment
• Perform maintenance electrical pneumatic and electronic controls, programmable controls, and other similar equipment
• Carry out necessary carpentry, welding, valve repair, cement, and pipe fitting work
• Prepare reports, maintain records, and requisition supplies and parts
• Inspect and supervise work done by external vendors.

Relevant Experience:

• 2-3 (+) years of professional installation and Service  work experience
• Experience in design of Bespoke  and Customised Machinery

• Ability to travel.
• Ability to read, analyse and interpret the engineering documents (drawings, engineering specifications).
• Ability to respond timely & effectively to the critical inquiries / technical issues or complaints.
• Ability to make effective presentations on regular updates & critical issues to customers
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work flexible hours
