Job Description:

In this job the Service Engineer would be responsible for

 Provide service and customer support during field visits.

 Attend onsite installation, start-up, repair, maintenance & test tasks independently.

 Diagnose errors or technical problems & determine proper solutions.

 Produce timely and detailed service reports, time sheets and travel claims.

 Handling Special projects as assigned.

 Ensure customers satisfaction, Build positive relationship with customers.

 Co-operate with technical team & share information across the organization.

 Spare parts identification.

 Follow company’s filed procedures & protocols.

 Must be willing to learn.

Critical Skills And Personal Attributes

 Interpersonal Skills.

 Good in written, spoken English & verbal communication skills.

 Product Knowledge and Technical Skills of servicing Food processing machines.

 Computer skills and proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet.

 Willing to travel at short notice and comfortable with extended periods of stay at site.

Education and Experience

 Diploma or Graduate Degree in Engineering.

 Good knowledge in Industrial Food Processing Equipments & Electrical knowledge,

Automation Products like Drives, PLC will be advantage.

 Experience of 3 – 8 years in Service support.
