Job Description:
1. Preparation of material requisition in Excel/ Tally/ ERP Format.
2. New Vendor searching & taking on board with standard processes and documents.
3. Prepare the quotation and comparison statement and getting it approved from the directors.
4. Prepare the price list and get it approved in case of Annual Price Contract.
5. Co-ordinate with Pre-Production team to get Article code in case of any new material introduced.
6. Prepare the purchase order in standard format in excel/ Tally with payment terms , delivery
schedules, taxes.
7. Maintain PO master in Excel/ Tally.
8. Prepare the GRN in Excel/ Tally/ ERP/ Hard copy format after QC
9. Prepare the Vendor Invoices in Tally/ ERP.
10. Maintain the Delivery Challan and invoice master in Tally/ Excel/ ERP.
11. Maintaining daily consumption of Raw material and Inventory in Excel/ Tally.
12. Daily reporting of work done to the concerned HOD/ Director.
13. Any other task related to your designation that may be assigned to you from time to time.
