Job Description:

Role and Responsibilities

Production

1. Should be able to fluently operate CNC Machines (Turning, VMC)

2. Responsible for: entire Machine Shop, Quality Control, Machine A.M., P.M., Dispatch.

3. Production Planning: Responsible for Daily, Weekly and Monthly Production Plan, Dispatch Plan, Manpower

Requirement, Consumables Plan Etc.

4. Monitoring And Reporting: Daily Monitoring, Review and Reporting Of OEE, OPE, Dispatch Plan Vs Actual

Reports to Top Management.

5. Morning War Room Meeting: Daily Review of Dispatch Packing, Production, Quality and Other Issues Related

to Purchase.

6. Audits And Documentation: Responsible For Closing N.C.s For Process Audits, 5 S Audits, Customer Audits, QMS

Audits. Ensure Shift Engineers Are Preparing Documentation as IATF Or ISO Standards, Conduct Surprise Audits

for The Same.

Finances

1. Responsible for: Budgeting and Costing of entire Machine Shop. Must be financially aware and responsible.

2. Monitoring And Reporting: Daily Monitoring, Review and Reporting of OEE, OPE, Dispatch Plan Vs Actual

Reports to Top Management.

Business Development

1. In this role, you will also be responsible for driving business growth through your connections and networks in

the marketplace. Your ability to understand client needs and deliver innovative solutions will be crucial to our

ongoing success and your background in technical knowledge should facilitate sales and marketing to drive

growth and develop business for the company.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CNC Programing, Fanuc control

systems.

• Preferred Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi.

This position reports to the Top Management and is a key contributor to the overall success of the Machine Shop.
