Working hrs: 9:30 AM To 6:30 PM
Joining: Immediate / 15 days
Responsibilities
• Coordinate office activities and operations
• Supervise office staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
• Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper
management.
• Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
• Manage Courier & Logistics companies to track shipments.
• Manage to call customers for any disputes in supply, payment follow-ups.
• Support stock checking of warehouses from time to time.
• Create KYC and update records and databases of suppliers & Buyers.
• Track stocks of office consumables supplies if necessary.
• Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned.
• Assist colleagues whenever necessary.
Requirements and skills
o Min 3 years of experience as an office administrator, office assistant.
o Good communication skills is mandatory.
o Excellent organizational skills & team work
o Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Outlook and Mails
o High school diploma; BSc/BA/BCom is preferred.
