Job Description:
Candidate must have experience in Real Estate Industry
Drafting and vetting of all sorts of legal
documents / Deeds required in the
construction sector, conveyancing, registration of
documents, all types of
agreements / Contracts etc.
Should possess good knowledge with respect to the provisions
of transfer
of property act / the contracts act / registration
act / Indian and
Maharashtra stamp Act / RERA / consumer protection
act / Maharashtra
state Co-operative Society Act etc.
Relevant experience in handling both litigation and
non-litigation
management for RERA compliance and RERA cases,
consumer cases and
liasoning with the cooperative department for
establishment of co-
operative housing societies, conveyance in favor of
societies etc.
Dealing Legal issues of clients by coordinating with
advocates and internal
team.
Preparing and Submission of Legal Documents.
Having good written verbal communication, and
negotiation skill, having
computer proficiency.
