Manage all small task on behalf of the CEO.
• Be the ‘Gatekeeper’ for the CEO
• Manage Calendar
• Draft & send emails, once approved
• Take and make phone calls
• Manage small details of the projects led by the CEO
o I.e., Progress, timeline, quality of work for each
project.
o Being able to analyze drawbacks or root causes of
delays / complication
• Be a sounding board
• Prioritization of tasks and projects requiring the CEO’s
attention
• Have a sound understanding of business as a whole

Experience
• Master of Business Administration:

o International Business
• At least 12 months experience in business operations /
management / analytics
• Any form of corporate experience (preferred)
• Previous experience as a executive assistance
(preferred)
