Job Title: Business Development Executive – RERA Industry
Job Overview:
As a Business Development Executive in the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) industry, your
primary responsibility will be to drive business growth by identifying and developing new business
opportunities. You will play a crucial role in expanding the company’s client base, establishing
partnerships, and contributing to the overall success of the organization in compliance with RERA
regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market Research:
– Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and
competitive intelligence.
– Stay updated on RERA regulations and policies to ensure compliance and incorporate them into
business development strategies.
2. Lead Generation:
– Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including online research, networking events,
and industry conferences.
– Build a strong pipeline of prospective clients by understanding their needs and aligning company
services accordingly.
3. Client Relationship Management:
– Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, understanding their business requirements
and providing solutions that meet or exceed their expectations.
– Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring
high levels of customer satisfaction.
4. Proposal Development:
– Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the
company’s strengths and capabilities in accordance with RERA guidelines.
– Collaborate with internal teams to create customized solutions that align with client needs.
5. Strategic Partnerships:
– Identify and establish strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders, such as real estate
developers, legal firms, and financial institutions.
– Work collaboratively to create mutually beneficial relationships that enhance the company’s
market presence.
6. Sales and Revenue Growth:
– Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation, closing deals, and maintaining a
high level of sales activity.
– Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing regular reports to management.
7. Networking:
– Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build a strong professional
network.
– Represent the company professionally and contribute to its visibility within the RERA industry.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
– Proven experience in business development, preferably in the real estate or regulatory industry.
– Strong understanding of RERA regulations and their implications on the real estate sector.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills.
