JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Generation of Business Leads through cold calling (from within the established clientele
of the company).
• Identify the customer requirement and the status of calls.
• Follow-up with the prospect clients on calls.
• Forward the leads and enquiries generated to the respective team member.
• Follow up on the leads generated with the respective team member.
• Keeping team leader/ members informed about the status of the ongoing leads and
enquiries.
• Preparing and sending timely reports to Business Head.
• Maintaining the Database and sharing it as and when required.
• Check with the service engineers for any prospects/leads/enquiry.
Skills Required:
• Good Communication Skills
• Good at MS Office
• Fluent in Hindi, English & Marathi
