Experience: min. 1.0  to 5.0 yrs

CTC: 15K to 20K PM

Job Location: Pimple Nilakh (Pune)

Job Descriptions:

-Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or services.
-Drive and grow revenue from allocated customer base
-Acquire new customer through tele calling and secondary research; nurture and generate revenue from them
-Answer questions about products or the company
-Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
-Enter and update customer information in the database
-Take and process orders in an accurate manner
-Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation
-Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

Requirements:
-Any Bachelors or Masters Degree
-At least 1-2 years of work experience
-Good communication skills
