JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
5 to 7 years, MBA/Graduate, with good experience in scouting and identifying redevelopment plots, verifying preliminary legal documents, understanding FSI etc.., getting the necessary approvals, initial negotiating with housing societies. Should have complete knowledge on all rules and regulations & current practices of legal and regulatory authorities related to redevelopment housing societies.
