Dispatch Supervisor-(Exp:5.0 to 10 yrs)-(CTC: 3.0LPA to 5.0 LPA)@Chakan MIDC

·         Prepare dispatch plan as per customer requirement and ensure timely delivery

·         Ensure parts / kitting / packing material / documents is available as per dispatch plan

·         Create invoices in ERP system

·         Manage ASN activities through customer portals

·         Maintain pending order statements for all customers

·         Download customer Pos / schedules from respective portals

·         Create and modify Sales Orders in ERP system

·         Coordinate with customer for due date change process, if required

·         Complete formalities related to export and import

·         Coordinate with customer transporter

·         Create E-way bills

·         Resolve sales order issues / transport with customer before dispatch

·         Send request to customer for vehicle to dispatch parts

·         Prepare & Send dispatch details to customer

·         Ensure loading / unloading of parts without damage

·         Arrange internal transport

·         Maintain finished goods stock – system vs. physical

·         MIS reporting

·         Maintain FIFO for finished goods

·         Maintain 5S in finished goods area

·         Ensure ISO compliance – daily plan vs actual, inventory audit record etc.
