Key Responsibility:

Major activities
 He or she is responsible for production to the satisfaction
of the customer .
 He will be responsible for timely and quality production as
per the plan, while maximum usage of capacity and
inventory. He will also be responsible for supporting
strategic projects i.e service level improvement, agility
(Quick movement) measures & launch and re-launch
projects.
 Should be able to support the production team in-case of
any technical bottleneck.
 In case of any defect, should carry out the root cause
analyze and implement the corrective actions,
accordingly.
 Coordinate with technicians and provide support to all
teams and maintain quality of all work processes in
systems.
 Prepare estimates and quotes for all supply materials.
 Maintain all the equipments and instruments in the plant.
 Plan and distribute the job/task to production team.
 Check and correct the work progress.
 Training and guiding to subordinates to achieve the
target.
 Development of jigs and fixture for production to ease the
production process and enhance the quality.
 Preparation and maintaining the required record of
production.
 Generating MIS.
