Skills – Drive selection, Structural design, weldment assembly, casting and machining, linkage mechanism,  robotic arm mechanism, concept development         

Educational Qualification: B.E /M.Tech (Mechanical Engineering)

Software- Solid Edge/ Solid Work Good knowledge of  GD&T

CTC:- 40K to 55K CTC Per Month

1. Visiting clients to understand the requirements

2. Developing the conceptual design with standard part selection

3. Good knowledge of standard part application and selection from the catalog 

(Drive, Motor, Pump, Bearing, LM rail and guide, Ball screw, Lead Screw, Fasteners, pulley, Belt, Gear, sprocket, Chain, Sensors, structural parts) 

4. Project Proposal Preparation

5. Good understanding of Design Theories and calculations

6. Good with tool handling (3D modeling and 2D drafting)

7. Manufacturing 2D drawing checking and approval for production 

8. Best practice of GD&T symbols used in drawings  

9. Rich experience in Material Handling, Automation and SPM

10. Project documentation 

11. Product operation and maintenance manual preparation

12. Must have experience in handling the team and conducting scrum meetings

13. Must work with the tight deadlines

14. An understanding of manufacturing processes, as well as designing and developing parts in accordance with manufacturing feasibility.
