Job Description:
• Project Management Skills, Execution Planning and Monitoring of Daily site
activities.
• Candidate should be able to monitor daily progress and reporting and liasoning
with local authorities.
• Should prepare budget sheets, plan Vs actual sheets etc. to maintain record of
the costing for the entire project.
• Coordination with all agencies like plumbing, fabrication etc.
• Estimation, Quantity Surveying, Rate Analysis, Preparation of all contract
documents and analysis of construction material.
• Should be able to handle all site project activities from RCC structure, finishing
work till possession and overseeing the performance of contractors.
• Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
• Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and time
scales.
• Awareness of building and health and safety legislation.
• Proficient in Auto CAD & MS Office.
• Should be good in written & verbal communication skill.
