JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

• Co-ordinating with customers and internal team for AMC support and after sales service.
• Co-ordinating with customers and internal team for Battery requirement.
• Preparing and sending offers/quotations for AMC, Battery, Inverter, Rental of UPS and
Batteries, Buyback of UPS/Battery/Inverter, as required.
• Follow-up on offers/quotations sent.
• Making Order Execution Forms (OEF) against Purchase Order received, acknowledging
received POs
• Follow-up with customers for due payments and keeping record of due payments.
• Preparing AMC Invoices, AMC Template
• Database generation of AMC contracts/agreements with customer & Vertiv
• Database PM plan updation
• Co-ordinating with Vertiv team for AMC support.
• Preparing and sending daily/monthly reports as and when required by management
• Co-ordinating with Service Engineers for customer inquiries and requirements/ database
updation.
• Vendor Registrations
