Equipments, Industrial Power Tools Sockets & Accessories, Air Motors
Brands to Handle: Atlas Copco, Saltus, Gedore, Vogel-germany
Duties & Responsibilities:
Major responsibilities are
1. Proficient in Handling & Operating All SAP Business One Functions & Features,
Major Focus will be on
i) Lead Generation & Updation in SAP Business One
ii) Generating & Sharing sales Quotation to Customer
iii) Sales Order Booking
iv) Purchase Order Booking
v) Goods receipt
vi) Inventory Management
vii) Invoicing from SAP
viii) Payment Reconciliation in SAP
ix) Proforma or Down payment request Generation
x) Delivery Notes Generation from SAP
xi) Part Nos. Creation in SAP
xii) E-invoice & Eway bill Preparation
xiii) Payroll Management
2. Supporting the Invoicing by generating Eway bills
3. MIS reports from SAP to prepare share on regular basis
4. Follow-up with Suppliers for Order, Delivery & Payments
5. Document management & HR Compliance management
6. Vouchers & Expenses entries & reconciliation of the same in SAP
7. Dispatch plan preparation based on Inventory & material input from SAP
Experience & Skills required:
• SAP business one certified professional or Commerce Graduate
• Expertise in handling in Computer/laptops, MS Office, Excel
• Effective communication (Verbal & written) skills
• Knowledge of Taxation system & GST is Preferred
• Fresher/Experience of 1-2 years in SAP Preferred
