·                     Knowledge of IATF 

·                     Experience in Plastic parts 

·                     Basic Knowledge of drawings 

·                     Process Approach 

·                     APQP – All devt inputs knowledge 

·                     CSI / Understanding of CSR & implementation throughout the organization 

·                     Fluent Language ( English , Hindi , Marathi ,etc)

·                     Market survey, addition of new customer 

·                     Interaction with customers on daily base
