JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Work Timings: 9 am to 6 pm between Monday to Saturday and weekly off on Sunday
• Contact potential customers through calls, emails, and other communication channels to promote
products and services.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by prospecting and qualifying leads.
• Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Provide product and service information to customers and answer any questions they may have.
• Handle objections and negotiate deals effectively.
• Continuously update product and industry knowledge to stay informed about new products,
features, and market trends.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, to support sales initiatives and increase
sales effectiveness.
• Supplement, track, and be held accountable to all applicable KPIs
• Upselling and cross-selling to existing customers
• Identifies prospects through various lead generation activities, including tradeshow, direct mailing,
advertising, cold-calling on key industry players and referral program
• Calls on prospects to understand their purchase decision makers, decision making process and
criteria, and their needs
• Overcoming customer objections effectively through applying advanced solution selling skills
• Create and manage an exceptional customer experience
• Provide superior brand representation while maintaining high quality standards
• Be open and flexible to take up additional organizational level responsibilities outside the scope of
work in case of organizational need/requirements
• Associates having own vehicle (2-wheeler/4-wheeler) would be preferred as the job involves
extensive travelling
• Open to travel to other cities for closing sales and exhibition participation, as and when required
