Key Responsibility:

Develop & maintain customer data bank.
• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking
and socialmedia
• Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
• Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Identify business opportunities through market survey and maps as per targeted
plans andthrough lead generation and cold calling.
• Articulates the opportunity and give presentations to potential customer .Develop
and createleads and prospects. Convert the leads and prospects into customer
• Set and implement marketing and sales policies, practices and procedures.
• Set the procedure for review and analysis of performance of marketing efforts
and salesactivities.
• Carry out or help in marketing research/survey or attending the seminars,
gathering orpresentation for the generating leads.
• Preparation and updating of company profile and website.
• Participation in tendering-Tracking of new tenders, preparation of tender document
and follow-up for the business.
• Prepare quotation, sending it to customer and follow up and negotiation with the
customer.
• Responsible for processing Inquiries through personal visits, emails, phone, etc.
• Implementation and monitoring of marketing efforts and cost of marketing & sales.
• Manages personnel and develops sales and sales support staff.
• Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams/flow.
• Holds regular meeting with sales staff or company team for review of business
growth andbottleneck.
• Interprets short- and long-term effects on sales strategies in operating profit.
• Performs sales activities and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation.
