Requirements
Graduate in Science/Engineering would be ideal but we are happy to overlook this if you are confident in your know-how
of technology.
Freshers and Graduates with 1 – 3 years experience in automotive/ tech retail
Need to be an automobile/tech enthusiast, and have the passion to learn more about automobiles and what’s happening
in the automotive/tech world
Must have a valid Two-wheeler license
Good communication skills in English (verbal) is a base requirement and any other regional language will be a definite
plus
Knowing the local language is a plus
And most importantly, you need to have a way with people – charm and enthusiasm will take you a long way in this role.
Primary Roles
Assist walk-in customers at Ather Retail Space and ensure best customer experience.
Demysify the Ather 450 X scooters, Charging solutions and the ownership model by giving detailed product demos and
test-rides
Interact with customers to help guide them in their vehicle purchase, asking questions and providing relevant solutions/
answers and walk them through the whole process from pre-order/ booking to delivery
Support dealer revenue objectives by ensuring that monthly sales targets are met
Ensure a seamless delivery experience to Ather customers
Perform high-quality, professional and knowledgeable presentation and demonstration of Ather vehicles
Executing marketing events to drive more sales while maitaining superior customer experience
Responsibilities
Assist walk-in customers to help guide them in their vehicle purchase, while asking the right questions and listening
carefully to ensure best customer experience.
Explain the ownership models in detail and act as a consultant to help the customer make the right buying decision
Proactively consult and guide customers to the appropriate next step in the sales process,test ride, vehicle pre-order,
finance and lease options, delivery and handover to service.
Promote any Ather merchandise and accessories available for customer purchase, explain in detail product features and
benefits.
Use outstanding communication and listening skills to ensure payment options meet your customers’expectations; close
the deal.
Help transition customers to our Service departments to support their ownership experience, selling the quality and
convenience of service repairs and/or aftermarket parts and accessories available in the service departments.
Assist in maintenance of inventory display to keep the customer experience as smooth as possible.
Ensure time management, opening/ closing SOP's are followed at Ather Experience Centre
Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring that the customer understands the vehicle’s operating features, warranty, and
paperwork.

Additionally:
Supporting the sales ops team at the dealership to complete their tasks by being the single POC to the customer
Ensure excellent process hygiene while using DMS or when handling paperwork and support dependent teams
Test Ride vehicle management
New Vehicle Delivery Management
Ensure smooth execution of all marketing events
