Mech Design Engineer-(Exp: Min. 2.0 Yrs To 7.0 Yrs)-(CTC: 3.0 LPA To 5.0 LPA) @Dhayari (Pune)

Key Accountabilities:

• Carry out Product management activities for Industrial cleaning Solutions.
• Communicate with Project leaders, Suppliers and Production engineers to design   the cleaning /washing machine to get best practical and t the same time economical.
• Design of machines based on specification provided by customers.
• Develops design drawings to fulfil technical objectives as per customer requirements and design specifications.
• Design of plastic, rubber, and sheet metal parts.
• Coordinate with engineers to meet or exceed the design aspects.
• Product design based on design for manufacture/design for assembly
• Able to deliver on time while doing it right the first time and every time.

Technical Competence & Skills:

• Understanding of industry design standards for dimensioning and tolerancing. GD&T will be a plus point.

• Selection of Gearbox, induction motor, Servo motor, Stepper Motor, Ball screw, Lead Screw, Bearings, Pneumatic parts.
• Coordination with electrical design team for electric component selection
• Preparation of project related documents for handover manuals.

• DAP approval from client.
• Knowledge of sheet metal pressing & fabrication process
• Ability to communicate.
• DAP approval from client.
• Organizing, planning, and coordinating with Production, sales and customers.

Relevant Experience:

• 2-3 (+) years of professional Design Engineering work experience
• Experience in design of Bespoke  and Customised Machinery

• Ability to travel  (if need be).
• Ability to read, analyse and interpret the engineering documents (drawings, engineering specifications).
• Ability to respond timely & effectively to the critical inquiries / technical issues or complaints.
• Ability to make effective presentations on regular updates & critical issues to customers
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work flexible hours
