Jr. Design Engineer-(Exp: Min.1.0 Yr To 3.0 Yrs)-(CTC: 2.50 LPA To 4.0 LPA)@Chinchwad (Pune)

Roles and Responsibilities:   

Skills -Structural design, weldment assembly, casting and machining, the linkage mechanism

Educational Qualification: B.E /M.Tech (Mechanical Engineering)

Software- Solid Edge/ Solid Work Good knowledge of  GD&T

CTC:- 20K to 28K CTC Per Month

• Developing the conceptual design under the team leader

• Basic knowledge of standard part application and selection from catalog 

(Drive, Motor, Pump, Bearing, LM rail and guide, Ball screw, Lead Screw, Fasteners, pulley, Belt, Gear, sprocket, Chain, Sensors, structural parts) 

• Good understanding of Design Theories and calculations

• Good with tool handling (3D modeling and 2D drafting)

• Best practice of GD&T symbols used in drawings  

• Experience in Material Handling, Automation and SPM

• An understanding of manufacturing processes, as well as designing and developing parts in accordance with manufacturing feasibility.
