Manage all human resources related processes and operations for
India as well as Australia.
• Development and delivery of recruitment, retention and
attraction strategies with the assistance and support of the
management team.
• Develop and manage talent pools for different roles and
locations.
• Ensure human resources compliance is maintained for all
employees of the organization (i.e., certificates, proof of
identification, contracts, remunerations, etc.)
• Keep essential human resources registers up to date i.e. HR
compliance register and upload all relevant documents on
organization’s HR Management System.
• Conduct disciplinary meetings (under the guidance of an
external HR consultancy company)
• Conduct Performance Reviews (under the guidance of an
external HR consultancy company and in line managers)
• Conduct pro-active market mapping and workforce planning
for all different roles in accordance with the organization’s
plans and intake of new clientele.
• Innovate recruitment processes with the use of new
assessments and integration of other software
• Conduct human resources files / documentation audit

Experience
• Master of Business Administration

o International Business
• Min 3 Years of experience is a human resources sector
required.
• Recruitment, talent acquisitions and management of talent
pool
• Disciplinary meetings & Performance appraisals
