Responsibilities:

Job Overview:

  1. Employee payroll handling– salary / EPF / PT / ESIC / Insurance
  2. Completing all HR formalities of employees – recruitment / joining / probation / salary revision / resignation / termination / retirement
  3. Administrative activities
  4. Plan events and employee engagement activities
  5. Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements

Qualities:

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
  3. Strong ethics and reliability

Requirements:

  1. Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
  2. Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
  3. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus
