Job Description:
1. Recruitment and On boarding:
· Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, and conducting interviews.
· Facilitate new employee on boarding, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
2. Employee Relations:
· Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
· Resolve workplace conflicts and issues in a fair and consistent manner.
3. HR Policies and Compliance:
· Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in line with applicable laws and regulations.
· Keep up-to-date with labour laws and industry best practices.
4. Benefits Administration:
· Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
· Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and issues.
5. Performance Management:
· Coordinate the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
· Identify areas for employee development and training.
6. Training and Development:
· Identify training needs and organize training programs.
· Promote a culture of continuous learning and development.
7. HR Metrics and Reporting:
· Collect and analyse HR data to track key metrics and trends.
· Prepare reports for management to inform decision-making.
8. Employee Engagement:
· Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
· Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture
9. Basic IT Issue Solving knowledge will be preferable
10. Follow up with concern Vendor/stake Holder
11. Familiar with Publishing Job Ads with LinkedIn/Naukari.com/Work India and removal from social media as and when vacancies fulfilled
12. Filing for all paper work-maintain all stationary
13. Arrange Event in Organization like-Festival/National Holidays/Employees Birthday/Farewell / Teambuilding etc
· Qualifications:
· BSC / BCA / Any Graduate / MAB (HR)

· Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
