JD for the IT Executive post is given below,*
Any BE, BSc/MSc, Diploma candidate with following skill set,
Hardware and Networking, MCSA, CCNA, RHCSA etc
1. Install and maintain computer peripherals & software licenses
2. Work on asset management – managing complete asset lifecycle & logistical part (sending & collecting the laptop)
3. Troubleshoot technology issues
4. Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking
5. installations of various applications and computer peripherals
6. Conduct remote troubleshooting on software issues
7. Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
8. Handle case logging for assets hardware issues with OEM warranty.
