Job Descriptions:
Job Overview:
- Sequence – Phosphating , Painting , Powder Coating and packing of all parts as per dispatch plan
- Schedule, assign and plan work of paint shop personnel
- Plan and develop work schedules, equipment usage schedules
- Plan procedure for equipment maintenance
- Maintain paint shop processes and procedures
- Minimise wastage of – paint, powder, oil etc.
Requirements:
- Experience in painting / powder coating of mild steel (MS) parts
- Should have managed robotic painting process
- Competent supervisory Skills and ability to communicate and lead an individual or team
- Understanding of Paint methods and processes
- Competent understanding of paint products and systems
- Understand planning methods and skills
- Good written and verbal skills
- Ability to interact with all members of the team and possible customer interface
- Competent in MS Office
