Job Description:
Electronics Productions and Deployment Manager with at least 8 years’ industry experience with product development and production of embedded products. The person will need to have a firm hold on production processes, implement best practices for quality control, and achieve streamlined process flow from manufacturing to dispatch. The person will have to work in close cooperation with sales, O&M and R&D teams. The person must be efficient, proactive and responsive, with a sense of commitment to delivery schedules.
Requirements:
B.E / B.Tech or M.Tech in electronics engineering (or equivalent degree)
8-15 years relevant industry experience with product development and manufacturing
Aware of industry best practices for electronics production and product development
Experience with collaboration with EMS vendors
Has a good sense of planning schedules, estimating delays and implementing preventive measures to meet necessary deadlines
Is open minded, a good team player, and willing to think outside the box for custom solutions
Adaptable to different work environments and tools.
Should be able to handle clients, vendors etc.
Good Communication Skills in English.
Package:- 8 to 12 LPA (Negotiable as per the experience, skills & Knowledge)
