Job Description:
Project Management Skills, Execution Planning and Monitoring of Daily site
activities.
Candidate should be able to monitor daily progress and reporting and liasoning
with local authorities.
Should prepare budget sheets, plan Vs actual sheets etc. to maintain record of
the costing for the entire project.
Coordination with all agencies like plumbing, fabrication etc.
Estimation, Quantity Surveying, Rate Analysis, Preparation of all contract
documents and analysis of construction material.
Should be able to handle all site project activities from RCC structure, finishing
work till possession and overseeing the performance of contractors.
Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts.
Ensuring project packages meet agreed specifications, budgets and time
scales.
Awareness of building and health and safety legislation.
Proficient in Auto CAD & MS Office.
Should be good in written & verbal communication skill.
