Job Description:
1. Provide Monthly Analytical MIS to Management
2. Yearly Project report & Provide time to time finance position to Directors
3. Preparation & filling GST/TDS return in time
4. updating tally books in time
5. Making monthly report Debtors/Creditors with Aging & Coordinating with operational team regarding doubtful & timely follow-up
6. Bank, Cash reconciliation & Debtors reconciliation
7. Handling & Manage stock & Stock report
8. Preparation of Quarterly as well as yearly financials balance sheet, P&L, Cash Flow & get audit from Auditors
9. Handling Employee Salary/PF/ESIC & PT return
10. Taking part in office Management & Administration
11. Consolidation of financial report
12. Make creditors payment in the time as per payment terms mentioned in agreement
13. Handling of income tax assessments and following for refund
14. Uploading GST E-Invoicing
15. Handling day to day activity cash & other administrator work(related to finance)
16. All duties of accounts as a Account Incharge
