Job Description:
Prepare Detailed Bill of Quantities/Pre-tender estimates.
Rate Analysis, Bill Estimation, Costing.
Preparing reconciliation statements
Prepare & process subcontractor bill.
Preparation of bill of quantities (BOQ).
Analysis of variation claims by contractors /vendors and closing of the
same.
Construction supervision of civil interior works at the site, including safety,
quality, and safety schedule.
Value engineering to achieve functionality, safety, speed of security, and
quality at lower costs by evaluating different options.
Checking measurements
Quantity estimation
Coordination with own team to ensure smooth execution and handover of
detailed information.
Preparation of daily labor progress reports
Weekly report on the status of Resources – Material, P&M, and Manpower.
Attending site meetings to monitor progress
Making sure construction projects meet agreed technical standards
Analysis of construction material
Proficient in Auto CAD & MS Office
Should be good in written & verbal communication skill
