Job Description:

1)   Attend customers at the site and provide detailed information about the product

2)   Achieve Individual sales target

3)   Update the customer details in the CRM application

4)   Regular follow up with the customers to close the booking

5)   Handing over the booking formalities to the CRM Team

6)   Coordinate with the CRM team for the Agreement process

7)   Handle customer complaints/queries

8)   Coordinate with the CRM team on customer related issues

9)   Maintain long term relationships with customers to generate referrals

10) MIS preparation and reporting to management on a daily basis

11) Keeping abreast with relevant competitor analysis including price movements, construction activity, key trends, and market dynamics
