Key Responsibility:

To create New Dealers and develop sales strategies to increase sales.

To achieve sales targets with payment collection through direct and indirect channels.

Maintaining and increasing sales of the company’s products.

Mapping the all current market and finding top dealers grade wise.

Hardworking & Result Oriented having quality to convert conversation in final deals.

To conduct site visits as per specified norms.

To effectively negotiate and finalize sales price and discounts in consultation with respective state/division and ensure account receivables are within agreed company norms.

To ensure service quality in his respective area.

To ensure availability of the latest samples at the point of sales.

Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.

Keeping up to date with products and competitors.

Collecting customer feedback and market research.

To submit a daily report with Management.

Candidate Background:

Good convincing and negotiation skills with dealers & Target Oriented.

Excellent communication skills with dealer’s in their local areas.

Ability to build new Dealers and maintain excellent relationships with existing Dealers.

Aggressive and self-motivated individual, eager to learn and grow.
