JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
Position Purpose
Key Responsibilities

We are a disability and healthcare service provider supporting people

Manage all Organizational finances and accounts for India as well as
Australia.
• Development of departmental budgets and financial reports.
• Invoicing for service using the CRM system and XERO.
• Payroll Management – Conduct payroll of Australian and
Indian teams.
• Determine profitability per service, per employee, per billable
hour, etc.
• Development of strategies to ensure highest remuneration
packages for billable employees whilst maintaining a margin
• Weekly Financial reporting to the CEO
• Weekly / monthly financial overview for departmental heads
• Australian Bookkeeping (Xero)
• Plan Management – Manage payment / funding / budget /
plans for clientele with external services inclusive of
authorization of payment [Training will be provided]

Qualifications
Experience
• Master of Commerce:
o Chartered Accountant (Preferred)
• Min 2 Years of experience is a financial management /
accounting.
• Company budgeting and financial safeguarding.

• Communication: the ability to communicate clearly and
