Job Description:

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of our production process within the Powder Coating

Department. The Quality Engineer will play a pivotal role in upholding safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction standards for our finished products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and maintain the production to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

2. Implement quality control measures to guarantee the safety, reliability, and satisfaction of finished products.

3. Develop and enforce quality assurance procedures and standards.

4. Collaborate with production and manufacturing teams to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective actions.

5. Perform inspections and testing of powder-coated products to identify defects or deviations from quality standards.

6. Analyze data and trends to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of the production process.

7. Conduct root cause analysis and recommend process improvements.

8. Provide technical support and guidance to production personnel in matters related to quality control.

9. Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of incoming materials.

10. Develop and maintain documentation related to quality procedures and standards.

11. Assist in the training of production staff in quality control and safety procedures.

12. Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with industry and quality standards.

13. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in quality throughout the department.

Preferred Skills

• Education in Paint Shop Technology

• Proven experience in powder coating production line.

• Knowledge of powder coating processes, equipment, and materials.

• Preferred Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi.

• Computer Proficiency: MS Word, Excel, PPT.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Preference: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Min. 12th Pass.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

• Understanding of quality control and assurance processes.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
