Educational Qualification: DME / BE Mechanical

Experience: min. 1.0 to 3.0 yrs

CTC: 2.0 LPA to 3.50 LPA

Job Descriptions:

Job Overview:

1. Audit of painting and powder process
2. Visual inspection of all parts in sand blasting, phosphating, plating, painting and pre-dispatch inspection as per check sheet and drawing
3. Ensure action on rejected parts – rework / scrap
4. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data

Requirements:

1. Good knowledge of paint and powder coating defects of mild steel (MS) parts
2. Good knowledge of paint & powder coating inspection techniques
3. Good knowledge of pre-dispatch inspection
4. Knowledge of CMM inspection
5. Knowledge of quality documents – PDIR / Control Plan / PPAP / SOP

Skills:

1. Good oral and written communication skills
2. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff
3. Capacity to work independently
4. Strong attention to detail
5. Proficient in MS Office
