Educational Qualification: DME / BE Mech

Experience: 2.0 to 5.0 yrs

CTC: 3.0 LPA to 3.60 LPA

Job Location: Pirangut(Pune)

Job Description:

Job Overview:

1. Execute production plan based on customer due dates

2. Conduct daily PID with each team once / shift

3. Keep WIP stock on hour to hour basis

4. Ensure availability of stores material and components on assembly line, 3 shifts in advance as per plan

5. Get shortages, if any from purchase and stores team 3 days in advance

6. Ensure system and physical stock matching for all Production godowns in ERP

7. Load internal transport and send material for further processing

8. Update fixtures, die tools and tool history card after every use

9. Ensure that required quality documents such as process flow diagram and drawing are available at shop floor

10. Maintain and Audit 5S on shop floor

11. Maintain FIFO for all goods

12. Audit daily preventive maintenance (LPA)

13. Ensure daily preventive maintenance for minimum machine breakdown on shop floor

14. Carry out first piece inspection and maintain record

15. Attend to customer complaints and take corrective and preventive action

16. Reduce internal and customer rejection

17. Optimize use of resources – manpower, material, power etc.

18. Ensure ISO compliance – daily plan vs actual, inventory record, inventory audit, controlled copy of drawings etc.

Requirements:

1. Good knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes

2. Good knowledge of welding

3. Competent supervisory Skills and ability to communicate and lead an individual or team

4. Understand planning methods and skills

5. Good written and verbal skills

6. Ability to interact with all members of the team and possible customer interface

7. Competent in MS Office
