12. Audit daily preventive maintenance (LPA) |
13. Ensure daily preventive maintenance for minimum machine breakdown on shop floor |
14. Carry out first piece inspection and maintain record |
15. Attend to customer complaints and take corrective and preventive action |
16. Reduce internal and customer rejection |
17. Optimise use of resources – manpower, material, power etc. |
18. Ensure ISO compliance – daily plan vs actual, inventory record, inventory audit, controlled copy of drawings etc. |
