Job Description:

• On time MIS report generations (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly. On time & 100% accurate generation of

Carbon project for invoicing. 100% screening of Carbon data before submission for invoicing

• Daily/ weekly/ Monthly updating & Tracking project data through tools . Assist in developing Yearly

/Quartey Project budgets

• Ensuring 100% accurate data consolidation ( Farmer data/ Follow ups/ Pit type etc) and analysis of data

for exceptions

• On time & accurate data sharing with cross functions

• Collect and organize project data from various sources, including team members, databases, and project

management tools. Asist in analysing data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Create visually appealing and informative reports using microsoft office tools or specialized reporting

software. Develop templates for consistent report formatting.

• Generate and edit project reports, ensure that they are well-structured, concise, and convey key project

information effectively.

• Collaborate with project teams to incorporate feedback and revisions into reports, continuously improving

the quality and effectiveness of reporting

• Assisting in evaluating training programs, including assessing satisfaction levels, knowledge acquisition,

behavioural changes, and overall impact. Analysing the collected data and monitoring employee

performance post-training.

Education, Experience & Skills required:

Education : Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field

Experience : 2 Years Experience

Key Skills :

• Relevant experience in report generation & graphical representation of data

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Familiar with data visualisation tools and reporting software is a plus

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Salary Budget-25k in hand per month
