Job Description:

  • Experience 1+ Year in IT recruitment. Should have worked in end to end recruitment.
  • should have experience on IT Recruitment.
  • should have experience working on portal like naukri, shine, monster, indeed, dice, LinkedIn.
  • Candidates from IT consultancies are most welcome.
  • able to coordinate with vendors for recruitment process.
  • coordinating with candidates from Recruitment to selection process.
  • releasing offer letters – salary negotiation.
  • Roles and Responsibilities

  • To have a full-scale understanding of hiring needs and available positions within the company.
  • Sound understanding of recruitment cycle (understanding the requirement, Screening/Sourcing, interview process/ coordination with candidate and panel for the smooth process of interview, Salary Negotiation, Documentation, onboarding formalities).
  • Receiving requirements form Delivery manager for new opening.
  • Posting job vacancy on job portals and Network Portals.
  • Pitching passive candidates for job opening.
  • Cold calling.
  • Should be target oriented/Capable of handling work pressure.
  • Use various methods to recruit and network with potential candidates including social media platforms, networking events, Virtual Drives and Walk-in interviews.
  • Connecting with Current Employees for Referrals.
  • Profiling each candidate and documenting the data.
  • Send resumes to Delivery manager for shortlisting.
  • Scheduling interviews with Technical as well as non technical panel.
  • Taking documents from selected candidates.
  • Rolling offer letter.
  • Follow up with offered candidate till they join.
  • Sharing details to HR of offered candidates for Joining
