Location: Andheri East (Mumbai)

Skills: extremely good communication, strategic thinking, able to take decisions, Experience
in IT Recruitment, Team handling, employee engagement activities, leave management,
salary calculation, policy formulization and implementation, employee relation and
coronation, Knowledge of HR systems and databases, Excellent active listening,
negotiation and presentation skills, In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR practices,
employee dispute handling , employee consultation and motivation

Job
Description: . Strategic plan for resource planning if needed need to handle
recruitment.
. Complete training to HR Recruiter
. Social branding though continuous job posting and resource hiring
advertisements.
. Preparation of job description and KRA for all hiring’s
. Helping recruiter in sourcing right candidates to meet the TAT
period.
. Finding new ways get more data, headhunting
. Screening of profiles
. Taking initial level of Telephonic / face to face interviews
. Giving in and out information to all walk in candidates about
company and profile
. Coordinate with recruitment and other vendor.
. Maintains a pay plan by conducting periodic pay surveys;
scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay
budgets; recommending, planning, and implementing pay
structure revisions.
. Effective negotiation on salary and joining date
. Identify talent and skills
. Taking part in Campus recruitment and representing company
. Managing Labour contract agreement in line with Labour Laws
. Evaluation and maintenance of all HR Related data (Recruitment
Tracker, Reference database, open position tracker, new joinee)

Joining Formalities:

. coordinating with reporting person for traning and development.

Administration
Assistance:

. Coordinate with Admin for office requirements and day to day
administration (records of office stationery, bills, birthday
cake, medicines, water supply, tea-coffee supply)
. Maintaining the hygiene work environment
. Helping admin team for better client greetings
. Keeping a track on cost and minimizing expense
. Coordinating with admin for arrangement of accommodation for
relocating employee
. Arrangement of travel- food
. Ticket booking – checking’s
. No. of contracts reviewed for Rationalization/ rating of vendors for
utilities/services
. Cost saving/reduction and Increase in revenue through wastage
reduction/ economic buying.

Rules Regulation
and policy
formulation:

Formulation maintenance of organization policies, ensuring
implementation of policies
. Time to Time update through Mail, phone and face to Face
communication about changes
. Addressing employees queries, responding to queries on
HELPDESK
. Coordinating with company CA , PF agents , ESIC and other legal
formalities
. Updating HR policies in accordance with government rules and
regulations
. Holding structured meetings with Management and employees as
per schedule.

Information
system:

. Keeping records of employee and organization related information.
. Day to Day updation and maintenance of record
. Maintenance of all manual files and documents, HR audit data
. Conducting HR audit on quarterly basis
. Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee
documentation is collected and maintained
