Job Description:
We are looking for an HR & Admin Executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning
and development and employee performance programs.
HR Executive responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies and
overseeing our hiring processes. To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive
background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labour
legislation.
Ultimately, you will make strategic decisions for our company so that we hire, develop and
retain qualified employees.
 Responsibilities

  • Design compensation and benefits packages
  • Responsible for recruiting activities such as scheduling interviews, on
    boarding candidates etc.
  • Implement performance review procedures (e.g. annual and 360°
    evaluations)
  • Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with
    them. Organizing, compiling, and updating company statutory records and
    documentation.
  • Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
  • Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for
    all employees.
  • Review current HR technology and recommend more effective SOP
  • Making agreements with internal and external agencies for smooth
    administrative functioning.
  • Acting as info-hub for providing administration related information and
    supervising administrative activities like general admin, verification of
    stationery stock, control security, courier, pest control, housekeeping, etc.
  • Oversee daily operations of the HR department
  • Company statutory compliance, Monitoring contracts for plant
    administration.
     Requirements and skills
  • Proven work experience as an HR Sr. Executive, HR Manager or similar role
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking
    Systems
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting
  • Good knowledge of labour legislation (particularly employment contracts)
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities
  • Efficient in communication skills
  • Human Resources Management or relevant field.
    Minimum 2 years’ experience in staff and labour recruitment.
