Job Descriptions:

Job Overview:

1. Sequence – Phosphating , Painting , Powder Coating and packing of all parts as per dispatch plan
2. Schedule, assign and plan work of paint shop personnel
3. Plan and develop work schedules, equipment usage schedules
4. Plan procedure for equipment maintenance
5. Maintain paint shop processes and procedures
6. Minimise wastage of – paint, powder, oil etc.

Requirements:

1. Experience in painting / powder coating of mild steel (MS) parts
2. Should have managed robotic painting process
3. Competent supervisory Skills and ability to communicate and lead an individual or team
4. Understanding of Paint methods and processes
5. Competent understanding of paint products and systems
6. Understand planning methods and skills
7. Good written and verbal skills
8. Ability to interact with all members of the team and possible customer interface
9. Competent in MS Office
