JOB DESCRIPTION
PositionOverview
The Executive, BD is responsible for maintaining the customer relationship management
(CRM)/BD database, preparing related reports, developing/maintaining content libraries,
serving as coordinator on BD pursuitssupporting the BD manager and technical lead, and
proofing/formatting content of proposals, etc.
Responsibilities
• Manage the communication of the organization with clients via meanslike
emails, telephones, and websites
• Respond to inquiries made by clients about company products and services in a timely
and friendly manner
• Act aslink between the organization and the clients to ensure clientstake more
interest in products and services rendered by the businessorganization
• Identify and communicate with new business leads for the organization
• Develop good knowledge regarding priority sectors, like market routes and trends;
this enables the organization improve on its effectiveness in servicedelivery
• Perform various tasks, like recording minutes during meetings
• Manage reports and management information to ensure the company
meets up with requirements made by clients
• Support the business development manager in salessupport when required by
him/her.
• To work under direction of the business developmentmanager
• Assist the manager to make inquiries on small projects and to handle them from
start to finish

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in related field of study
Strong market research
Ability to carry out research relating to the organization and collate the
information derived from such research towardsimproving the
organization’s business development status
Strong communication skills in both written and verbalforms
Excellent attention to details and strong ability to produce high quality
reports and presentations
Excellent skills in time management
Ability to work as team player
Ability to relate freely with other members of team, both up and down
the ladder.
